Important note for Sony TV’s!
If you are installing this in a Sony TV you may need to perform a reset in order for the board to function. If after installation your error code is cleared but you still have nothing on screen reset the TV with the following procedure.
Turn the TV on. Press and hold the up arrow on the remote. Then press the power button on the TV. The turn should turn off then back on. Then release the up arrow. Then it should start and work normally. This procedure will reset everything on the TV to factory defaults.

IMPORTANT: Horizontal lines on the screen are virtually NEVER caused by a bad T-con board. Horizontal lines indicate a defective LCD panel (screen).
